2、 Types of oil fume purification equipment

2. Water transport hood:Using alkaline solution as a detergent, the oil fume is purified by spraying it in contact with the oil fume, and then collected and discharged through an exhaust fan. The oil fume removal rate of this product is about 90-98%. The oil fume removal rate meets the requirements of GB18483-2001, the Emission Standard for Oil Fumes in the Catering Industry.

3. Purification process of water spray washing tower:Purification is carried out by collecting through a smoke hood and sending it into an absorption tower (spray, sieve plate, packing), and then discharged through an exhaust fan. The oil fume removal rate of this product is about 80-90%. The oil fume removal rate meets the requirements of GB18483-2001. But the equipment installation space is large and the system is complex.

4. High voltage static electricity (plasma):By utilizing gas ionization and electric field forces under high pressure, dust particles are charged and separated from the gas.

7. Biological purification:Using oil loving microorganisms to decompose and purify oil mist in cooking fumes. 8. Liquid foam washing:The combination of mass transfer double membrane theory, physical and chemical methods, and electromechanical integration products should not be strictly called oil fume purifiers, but rather oil fume purifiers, which is more reasonable. The oil fume removal rate of this product can reach 90%, which meets the requirements of GB18483-2001. By using specialized purification agents to enhance the double membrane mass transfer dynamics between gas-liquid phases, it is possible to quickly capture particles such as oil fumes in the gas phase; At the same time, the negative pressure of the self exhaust fan is used to generate a liquid foam layer with a thickness of about 600mm (droplet size and diameter of 1.5mm) for washing and purifying the oil fume gas.
