Working Principle:

During operation, the driving device drives the suction pipe to slowly rotate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. As the suction pipe, central sealing cylinder, and sludge discharge pipe form a sealed discharge channel, the sludge at the bottom of the tank is sucked in by the suction pipe and flows out of the tank through the sludge discharge channel due to the difference in liquid level between the inside and outside. There is a 45 degree inclined liquefaction plate between the suction pipe and the bottom of the tank, which can absorb even inert sludge with a high specific gravity at the bottom of the tank. The liquid level difference inside and outside the sedimentation tank can be controlled by the sleeve valve of the sludge tank, thereby controlling the amount of sludge discharged. At the same time, the floating slag on the pool surface is scraped by the skimming device and discharged from the slag discharge cylinder.
