The woodworking dust collector system consists of several parts, including the dust collector body, settling pipeline, material conveying, and dust separation. The dust generated during work is pumped through a negative pressure pipeline to the settling pipeline for initial settling. The settling dust is transported by a scraper to one end of the negative pressure pipeline and discharged into the conveying pipeline by an unloader for transportation separation and circulation; Suspended dust is blown into the dust collector through the main negative pressure pipeline and separated by a fan. The separated dust is transported by a scraper to the unloader and discharged into the conveying pipeline for transportation and separation circulation. Clean air is introduced into the room through the return air pipeline. The dust in the conveying pipeline is circulated and separated by the conveying fan and cyclone separator, and the separated dust is discharged into the dust bin by the unloader.

Design of woodworking dust collector system:

The design concept of the woodworking dust collector system is based on the principle of saving investment as much as possible. Due to the high concentration of dust generated during the processing of woodworking equipment, the commonly used explosion-proof pulse bag dust removal technology in China is adopted to achieve the purpose of recovering dust and purifying exhaust gas, so that all emission indicators meet the emission requirements.

There are two important technical and economic indicators for the dust removal process of woodworking dust collectors: investment cost and operating cost. The former is one-time, while the latter is frequent, and its cumulative number can be several times or even tens of times that of the former. And the proportion of electricity consumption and vulnerable parts is high in the operating costs, so reasonable design is very important for reducing operating costs.

We have innovated in the following aspects compared to other similar equipment in the design of this dust removal process:;

1. We have designed a soft connection between the dust collector outlet and the fan to address the vibration caused by the high-speed operation of the fan; A muffler is designed at the outlet of the fan to reduce the noise generated by high-speed operation of the fan;

2. For the convenience of maintenance and observation of the dust collector, we have designed a glass observation (maintenance) door under the ash hopper of the dust collector; The system pipeline is connected with flanges between 4-6 meters, and a maintenance door is designed around 5 meters; Easy to observe and clean the dust settling inside the pipeline;

3. In response to the hydrophilic characteristics of wood dust, dust is prone to clumping at certain moisture levels, leading to material blockage when arched into bridges in the dust collector hopper. We have designed a vibrator in the dust collector hopper to assist in cleaning and reduce the need for manual cleaning;

4. Electrical control of dust removal system: The ventilation and dust removal system requires supporting fans and air compressors, and the drive requires a three-phase four wire power supply. One pulse controller is required for dust removal of the dust collector. The pulse meter is installed near the dust collector. The power supply for the control cabinet (box) shall be provided by the construction party. Request to pull the cable to the main switch in the control cabinet. Please also provide a common grounding electrode for easy connection of the ground wire.

5. In response to the high concentration of wood dust, we have adopted a gradient airflow channel design for the dust collector, ensuring even distribution of airflow. Optimize the design of airflow organization to avoid high-speed scouring and wear on local areas inside the dust collector. Ensure that the compressed air for dust cleaning is evenly sprayed and filtered through all filter bags, thereby improving the overall lifespan of the filter bags.
