Centrifuge shaking block

The centrifuge swing block, also known as centrifuge clutch block, centrifuge friction block, centrifuge fly block, etc., is located in the clutch slot of the motor starting wheel, with a total of 4 blocks in one starting wheel. When starting the centrifuge, the swinging block is extended, and friction drives the starting wheel to slowly start the centrifuge. Its function is to slowly start the centrifuge and avoid damage to the motor life caused by hard start.

Old style centrifuge block

The old-fashioned centrifuge block is located inside the belt pulley at the lower end of the centrifuge spindle, with 3 blocks per set. When the centrifuge is started, the swinging block is extended, and friction drives the pulley to slowly start the centrifuge. Its function is to slowly start the centrifuge and avoid damage to the motor life caused by hard start.
