Ceramic knife gate valveUsing high-performance ceramic materials as the core and adopting a knife shaped gate design, a flow control structure is formed. The valve body is usually designed without a chamber, and the gate is vertically raised and lowered in the side guide groove, achieving sealing by tightly fitting with the valve seat through the bottom protrusion. Ceramic materials cover all components in contact with the medium, including gate plates, valve seats, and liners, forming a fully lined hard sealing surface. This valve supports multiple driving modes such as manual, pneumatic, and electric. The pneumatic actuator drives the piston or rotating shaft through compressed air to achieve rapid opening and closing of the gate, making it suitable for remote automation control scenarios.

Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant: Ceramic materials have high hardness, strong chemical stability, and can resist particle media erosion and acid-base corrosion, with a service life far exceeding traditional metal valves.

Opening process: Compressed air enters the cylinder, pushes the piston or rotating shaft, drives the gate to move upward, and the medium flows through the channels on both sides of the gate.

Closing process: The cylinder exhausts, and the gate moves downward under the action of gravity or spring, compressing the sealing surface of the valve seat and preventing the flow of the medium through a ceramic material hard seal.

Self sealing mechanism: When the gate is closed, the medium pressure acts on the surface of the gate, enhancing the compression force of the sealing surface, forming a self sealing effect, and reducing the risk of leakage.
