Ceramic pipe compensator, also known as ceramic pipe compensator, is manufactured by self propagating high-temperature synthesis centrifugal method. It is to place a steel pipe in the tube mold of a centrifuge, and add a mixture of iron red and aluminum powder into the steel pipe. This mixture is called an thermite in chemistry. When the centrifuge tube mold rotates to a certain speed, a spark ignites the thermite, and the thermite immediately burns on its own. The combustion wave spreads, and a violent chemical reaction occurs.

The alloy ceramic pipeline compensator includes two mutually nested casting connecting pipes. A corrugated pipe is fixed coaxially outside the mutually nested casting connecting pipes, and a filler is set between the corrugated pipe and the casting connecting pipe. A cover flange is set on each of the two casting connecting pipes, and at least two pull rods are set between the two cover flanges. The two ends of each pull rod pass through the cover flange, and the two ends of each pull rod are fixed to the cover flange by nuts. Flanges are set coaxially at the free ends of each casting connecting pipe, and a corundum ceramic patch is set on the inner side of each casting connecting pipe. A through hole is set in the middle of the corundum ceramic patch, and a tightly fitting metal fixing rod is set in the through hole. The inner end of the metal fixing rod is welded to the casting connecting pipe, and the outer end of the metal fixing rod is equipped with a big head cap. The big head cap is tightly attached to the corundum ceramic patch. This pipeline compensator is firmly fixed with ceramic patches and has a long service life.
Performance characteristics of ceramic pipeline compensator:
1. The Al2O3 content in the inner ceramic layer of the ceramic pipeline compensator is greater than 95%, and the microhardness is HV1000-1500. Therefore, it has a hardness that is more than ten times higher than quenched medium carbon steel and better than tungsten carbide.
2. Sex: Ceramics are neutral materials with stable chemical properties and excellent acid resistance. They can resist various inorganic acids, acids, solvents, etc. Their corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel.
3. Excellent heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures above 2000 ℃, and can work for a long time within the range of -50 ℃ to 900 ℃.
4. Easy to weld: Ceramic pipe compensators can be connected by welding the outer steel pipe, while ceramic lined composite steel pipes can be connected by welding, flanges, flexible joints, and other methods, making installation convenient.
The application industry of ceramic pipeline compensator:
1. High demand pipelines: thermal power generation, ash (slag) transportation in thermal power plants, coal powder transportation pipelines, tailings transportation and concentrate transportation pipelines in mineral processing plants, port slurry and sediment transportation pipelines, coal powder slurry transportation pipelines, etc.
2. For the transportation pipeline of clean coal in heavy medium selection (washing) coal plants, it is required to have a high-performance pipeline for transporting desulfurization slurry for thermal power generation.
