One Equipment Overview:

This heating source vehicle overheating test system is tested by our Sunshine Yueda in accordance with GB44263-2024 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging Systems of Electric Vehicles" 9.4.2.1 AC Charging Interface Temperature Protection Function Test and 9.4.2.2 DC Vehicle Interface Temperature Protection Function Test.

Meet the terminal temperature testing requirements of GB/T43332-2023 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging and Discharging of Electric Vehicles".

II Equipment function:

The temperature protection function of the DC vehicle interface should be tested as follows. The testing devices for tests 1 to 5 are shown in Figure 7. If necessary, the structure of the charging connection device can be slightly damaged, and the impact of structural damage on the temperature characteristics of the charging connection device should be minimized as much as possible.

——Experiment 1 Calibration Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), and the DC power supply equipment outputs the rated continuous current. After the temperature rise of the T1 and T1 temperature sensors stabilizes, turn on the heating device and adjust the heating power to stabilize the temperature of the T1 temperature sensor at 105 ℃, and obtain the calibrated thermal fault power Pmin.

——Experiment 2 Long slow fault test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), output the rated continuous current of the DC power supply equipment, and apply the thermal fault power Pmin at the same time. Check whether the DC power supply equipment reduces the charging power or triggers a fault shutdown before the T1 temperature reaches 105 ℃.

——Experiment 3 Yong rapid fault test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), output the rated continuous current of the DC power supply equipment, and apply a thermal fault power of 2 × Pmin. Check whether the DC power supply equipment reduces the charging power or triggers a fault shutdown before the T1 temperature reaches 105 ℃.

III Main technical parameters of the equipment:

1. Control system: using Mitsubishi brand PLC controller, 7-inch touch screen operation;

2. Heating channel: 2 channels;

3. Power regulation method: 0-40W can be manually adjusted;

4. Heating rate: can be displayed and recorded on the touch screen;
