Overview

Leak free magnetic pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses the magnetic transmission of permanent magnets to achieve contactless torque transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. Due to the medium being enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak free pumping of the medium is achieved, completely solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. The designed fully sealed, leak free, and energy-saving new industrial pump meets the performance standards and can replace expensive imported chemical pumps.

1. HIC leak free magnetic pump is a new type of industrial pump designed and developed according to IS02858/GB5662/DIN24256 standards, which is fully sealed, leak free, and has technical indicators that meet the level of similar products at home and abroad;

2. The pump body, impeller, and pump cover are designed using CFD computer fluid dynamics for module design and casting of hydraulic components. It has the characteristics of wide flow channel, high efficiency, good cavitation allowance performance, small radial force, accurate size, smooth flow channel, and good interchangeability;

3. Ferrite magnets, neodymium iron boron, and samarium cobalt are selected as the magnets, which have good magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization; Its magnetic energy product is 28 megaGauss Ultras, and its temperature tolerance limit is 350 ℃. Under conventional cooling conditions, its high operating temperature is limited to 260 ℃, which can largely avoid demagnetization, making the theoretical service life of the magnetic material up to 20 years;

4. The shaft sleeve and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant materials such as PEEK, silicon carbide, graphite, PTFE, etc., and are equipped with lubrication grooves to effectively extend the service life of the pump;

5. No leakage, all sealing points adopt closed static sealing, driven by magnetic couplings, no need for nitrogen sealing, economical and completely solve medium leakage;

6. No need for independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption;

7. Standard axial pull design, no need to disassemble pipes, easy to maintain;

8. Horizontal installation, low vibration, low noise, smooth operation, standard design, interchangeable with standardized chemical centrifugal pumps, convenient for users to replace and use;

9. From coupling transmission to synchronous drag, there is no contact or friction. Low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping effect, reducing the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the impact of pump cavitation vibration on the motor;
