In addition, the viscosity and specific gravity of the medium, such as high viscosity or high solid content, require reducing the speed of the screw pump on the basis of normal speed. ③ Transport media containing particles or fibers: The particle diameter can be up to 30mm (not exceeding the rotor eccentricity). The fiber length can be 350mm (equivalent to the pitch of a 0.4-liter rotor). Its content can generally reach 40% of the medium cellar, and if the solid matter in the medium is in the form of fine powder, the highest content can reach 60% or higher and can also be transported.

④ When stable conveying pressure is required and the inherent structure of the medium is not damaged, it is most ideal to use a single screw pump for conveying.
