1、 Operation steps:
1. Place the oil filter steadily, connect the power supply, connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes, check whether the external power supply is correct, and whether the connected power cable can meet the capacity requirements of the oil filter.
2. First, close all valves, then turn on the vacuum pump. When the vacuum degree reaches (-0.08Mpa), open the inlet valve. When the oil enters the vacuum tank at a certain oil level, open the outlet valve and start the oil discharge pump. Before starting the oil pump, the outlet valve must be opened first, otherwise strong pressure will be generated, causing unnecessary damage to the equipment. (If the oil flow is not smooth, exhaust air should be carried out).
3. After the turbine oil filter has been working for a period of time, when there is no oil foam observed through the observation window and the oil is transparent and clear, samples can be taken and analyzed at the sampling port.
4. When the vacuum pump is working, attention should be paid to the oil level displayed on the oil gauge (the oil should be on the oil gauge line). If there is a lot of water in the vacuum pump oil, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
2、 Shutdown steps of oil filter:
1. When the oil treatment is completed or the operation is stopped halfway: first stop the heater, continue to feed oil for 3-5 minutes, then close the oil inlet valve, turn off the vacuum pump, and release the vacuum. After the oil in the vacuum tank is discharged, turn off the oil discharge pump and close the oil outlet valve.
2. Open the valve of the water tank at the bottom of the cooler, drain the residual oil or water inside, and be sure to close the valve after draining for future use.
3. In case of emergency, the emergency stop button can be pressed, and the turbine oil filter will be powered off (at this time, the pipeline valve should be closed at the same time to prevent too much oil from entering); To turn on the machine, the emergency stop button must be rotated clockwise in order to activate all control buttons.
