It has three functions: standard sample simulation sampling, thermal analysis, and analysis tube activation. The temperature of the analysis, injection valve box, and injection pipeline can be controlled separately without any cold spots, ensuring the integrity of the sample. 5. All air ducts are made of 316 stainless steel that has been passivated and polished. The sealing rings are made of PTFE material, which is heat-resistant and non-volatile.

6. All heating air ducts use imported high inertia deactivated stainless steel air ducts, sealed with PTFE material, high temperature resistant, and non-volatile.

7. The heating valve box uses a precision high-temperature resistant six way valve with no dead volume, and the operating temperature can reach 240 ℃. The six way valve is driven by a motor and does not require external driving gas, making it easy to use.

8. The integrated design of heating valve box and heating gas path reduces intermediate links and lowers the problem of low resolution caused by dead volume.

9. By calculating the diameter of the analytical tube and gas path, a variable diameter joint was designed to reduce the dead volume at the connection point of the analytical tube and gas path.
