Co20 sliderA high-strength and high toughness austenitic matrix is formed by adding alloying elements such as chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and silicon (Si) with cobalt (Co) as the core element. Its core performance advantages are as follows:
High temperature resistance: The Co20 slider can operate stably for a long time in high temperature environments ranging from 850 ℃ to 1350 ℃, with a low coefficient of thermal expansion and minimal deformation under temperature fluctuations, ensuring equipment accuracy. For example, in the heating furnace of steel smelting, the Co20 slider can withstand high temperatures above 1200 ℃ and still maintain structural integrity, avoiding cracking caused by thermal stress.
Oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance: Cobalt element forms a dense oxide film (such as CoO) at high temperatures, effectively resisting oxidative corrosion; Chromium element further enhances the ability to resist sulfide and chloride ion erosion. In the field of petrochemicals, Co20 sliders are used for high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline valves, which can resist the erosion of sulfur-containing gases and molten metals, and have a service life that is more than three times longer than ordinary stainless steel.
Wear resistance and impact resistance: Through a special heat treatment process, the surface hardness of Co20 slider reaches HRC45-50. Combined with a high toughness substrate, it can maintain a low wear rate under high-speed friction and impact loads. For example, in the crystallizer of a continuous casting machine, the Co20 slider is subjected to steel erosion and mechanical vibration, with only 1/5 of the wear of ordinary materials.
