The longitudinal bars of the cage should be evenly distributed, with sufficient rigidity and strength to withstand the gas pressure of the filter bag during filtration and dust removal, and to prevent damage and deformation caused by collisions and impacts during normal transportation and installation.
The upper and lower sections of the cage should be easy to insert and remove, and there should be no shaking phenomenon.
All welding points of the cage bone should be firmly welded, and there should be no detachment, virtual welding, or leakage welding. The welding point can withstand a tensile force of 250N.

The surface of the cage bone in contact with the filter bag should be smooth and clean, without welding scars, unevenness, or burrs.

The surface of the cage bone must undergo anti-corrosion treatment. Adopting a temperature resistant organic silicon coating with a thickness ranging from 80 μ m to 100 μ m. The coating must not have any defects, such as local peeling or blistering. The coating should be able to withstand moisture and acid, and should not peel off or stick to the bag under 200 ℃ flue gas conditions.
Organic silicon coatings must be sprayed with powder and then baked at high temperatures after spraying. Before spraying, oil removal, phosphating or equivalent treatment must be carried out nearby.
The deflection of the bag cage should be maintained within a range of 2mm for every 3000mm change in length.

The service life of the cage skeleton of the denitration bag filter for coal-fired boilers shall not be less than 8 years. Coal quality composition, ash composition, and flue gas composition shall not be used as shelf life conditions.
