Coal fired gas decomposition furnace is a novel heating equipment that can be used for forging, spraying heating, etc. It can also be used in the refractory materials industry, electroplating industry, and for zinc, copper, and aluminum chemical applications. At the same time, it can also be used as a combustion system for drying equipment, coal slurry drying machine, raw coal drying machine, sand drying machine, etc., or as a tunnel kiln, multi push plate kiln, forging kiln, annealing kiln, etc., with a temperature of up to 1100 degrees. Compared to the same period last year, it saves nearly half of the cost consumption of using fuel as fuel.

Principle of coal-fired gas decomposition furnace: Due to the use of decomposition combustion at an appropriate temperature, the burner is equipped with three oxygen supply points, which can be adjusted according to the actual temperature of combustion to achieve the desired effect. When adjusting the oxygen supply point, the principle of controlling the amount of oxygen increase based on the concentration of produced gas is used to solve the problem of excessive Ringman blackness in exhaust emissions.


Performance Characteristics


1. Compared with traditional gas generators, coal consumption can be reduced by 10-20%, and heat loss can be minimized; Compared with traditional hand fired, twisted dragon, gas generators, etc., the carbon content of its ash is significantly reduced, which can improve the thermal energy utilization rate by 10-30%. The majority of the burner burns gas and there is no venting phenomenon.
2. The burner operates safely and reliably, without any unsafe factors such as pressure, backfire, or spontaneous combustion. It runs smoothly with minimal temperature fluctuations inside the kiln, greatly reducing the workload of the stoker. With each coal addition, it can run for 1-3 hours, using a wet slag removal method and no dust pollution.
3. Suitable coal types: a, Shenmu coal b, Class II bituminous coal c, general low sulfur coal, and non coking coal can all be used.
