The boiler air powder online monitoring device is developed using the principle of AC charge induction. In a dynamic state, any two different substances will induce each other to generate charges. The GLT-F-PCC series products measure various parameters of coal powder flow based on the AC charge induction signal generated by the medium flowing through the monitoring probe and the probe. 1、 Working principle

1. Measurement principle of coal powder wind speed

When the measured gas flows, the gas pressure measured by the backrest tube facing the gas flow direction is called "total pressure", and the gas pressure measured by the backrest tube facing away from the gas flow direction is called "static pressure". The difference between total pressure and static pressure is called "differential pressure", and the higher the wind speed, the greater the differential pressure; The relationship between wind speed and differential pressure conforms to the Bernoulli equation.

2. Measurement principle of coal powder concentration

During the transportation of gas-solid two-phase fluids containing dust particles, the collision and friction between coal powder particles and coal powder particles, as well as between coal powder particles and the inner wall of pipelines, will cause the coal powder particles to carry charges and form an electrostatic field. When charged coal powder particles pass through the measuring electrode, positive and negative charges are induced by the measuring electrode, and the charges form a current signal during the transfer motion; The magnitude of this AC signal is directly proportional to the mass content of coal powder. By further amplifying and processing this electrical signal, the ratio of coal powder quantity to air volume (kg/kg) can be measured.
