4、 Equipment working principle 1. Coal water comprehensive treatment equipment Coal water treatment equipment combines multiple units organically according to the principles of reaction and separation, integrating chemical coagulation reaction, sedimentation, and sludge collection. The raw water is pumped back to the coagulation agent (coagulant aid) through a dosing metering pump, and then undergoes coagulation and reaction in the coagulation reaction zone of the coal water treatment equipment; After entering the settling and separation zone, the upper clear water is collected in the collection tank and enters the middle equipment. The sludge falls into the lower collection area of the equipment and is discharged by static pressure. 2. After the coal containing wastewater undergoes pre-treatment, there is still a portion of fine suspended solids in the wastewater. To ensure that the treated effluent is qualified, the final treatment is completed by an automatic filtration device. During normal operation, the intermediate water pump sends the wastewater into the filtration device, and the wastewater is automatically filtered from top to bottom while the clean water flows into the clean water tank. During backwashing, the water flow passes through the filter layer from bottom to top, and the pollutants carried on the filter layer are discharged into the workshop drainage pipeline along with the flushing water flow. After backwashing is completed, the equipment enters normal working condition. The equipment operates in fully automatic mode. 3. The regulating tank scraper is used to scrape off the settled coal slurry in the lower part of the regulating tank, and the coal slurry is lifted separately by the coal slurry lifting pump. It mainly consists of steel beams, platform handrails, scrapers, driving devices, electric control cabinets, etc., and is installed on the upper part of the driving wheel support. The drive motor and reducer, slag rake elevator, and slag rake are installed on both sides of the main frame components. The upper part is the operating platform, and there are handrails on both sides of the electrical control cabinet platform to facilitate safe operation and management. 5、 The control of the equipment SHM coal water treatment complete set equipment has two functions: manual and automatic, and displays the entire electrical operation status. 1. Manual operation: Start each unit of the complete equipment in sequence, including the raw water lifting pump, dosing device, coal water comprehensive treatment device, automatic filter, mud scraper, mud pump, etc. 2. Automatic operation: Set up programs based on on-site debugging conditions, and control the operation of the entire system equipment through PLC programs. Equipment operation signals can be transmitted to centralized control.
