Cold storage sealed door

The cold storage doors equipped in our company's products are divided into two categories according to the degree of automation: electric and manual cold storage doors. They have the advantages of good sealing performance, small opening and closing torque, low operating noise, good safety performance, and reliable operation. Above the door of the prefabricated cold storage, there is a hot air curtain machine. The selection of the air curtain machine depends on the width and height of the door, which can separate the internal and external environment of the cold storage, prevent the formation of fog caused by cold and warm air convection, and ensure that the operation of opening the cold storage door does not affect the temperature rise of the storage area.

（1） Door structure

1. The door body thickness is 100mm, and the cold storage door frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles.
2. The thickness of the door body is 140mm. The cold storage door frame is made of stainless steel plate, and both the inner and outer surfaces are made of stainless steel material.
3. The interior and exterior surfaces of the color steel plate cold storage door are coated with double-sided galvanized steel plates, with a milky white color.

（2） Sealing and insulation

1. Use B-type ternary ethylene propylene foam sealing tape, with insulation polyurethane foam density ≥ 50kg/m3 and PU oxygen index>26.
2. The sealed lifting track is matched with the door bottom guide wheel, and when opening the door, it rises horizontally and vertically away from the door seal; When closing the door, lower it and press it tightly against the ground and door seal. The four corners of the door can be adjusted for the distance between the door seal and the ground compression distance.

（3） Guide rail accessories

1. The guide rail assembly consists of aluminum alloy heavy-duty suspension rails, stainless steel adjustable suspension feet, sealed bearing engineering plastic suspension wheels, door bottom guide rails, PTFE guide wheels, and stainless steel door closing clamps.
2. The cold storage door can be optionally equipped with a 50mm wide and 15mm thick aluminum alloy anti cold bridge double heating wire slot door seal on the left, right, and upper sides, and an 80x10 stainless steel plastic plate heating wire slot on the door opening floor.

（4） Door opener

1. Manual cold storage doors are equipped with internal and external door openers. The size of the door opening is less than 2000 × 1200, and the cold storage door is not equipped with a door opener.
2. Electric door opening: Electric door opening uses rack and pinion transmission, and the motor is equipped with an electromagnetic clutch. When powered on, the clutch is engaged, and when powered off, the clutch automatically disengages without affecting manual switching.

（5） Security protection

When the electric door is closed, if the door body is blocked by an obstacle for a certain force distance, the electric door will automatically stop running. The cold storage door is equipped with a safety unlock button, which can be released to open the door in case of accidental locking of personnel inside the warehouse.

（6） Control method

One electric door distribution control box, equipped with a 220V/36V safety transformer, and the door is controlled by turning on and off. Each set of electric doors is equipped with four coded wireless remote controllers, which can be set to manually open the door and automatically close the door with a delay time set by the user according to their needs. Door opening and closing speed: 170mm~200mm/s. When the user has special requirements, the electric door can be designed to operate with speed regulation.
