Product Introduction
The complete set of cosmetics production equipment consists of a homogenized emulsifying main pot (with a lifting lid and a flipping pot body), a water pot, an oil pot, a scraping wall double stirring, a vacuum system, an electric heating or steam heating temperature control system, electrical control, etc. It is a special equipment for producing high-grade cream, medicinal ointment, lotion, etc.

Product Features
The emulsification process of the main pot is carried out under fully sealed conditions to prevent contamination by dust and microorganisms. The materials in the water and oil pots are added to the main pot through vacuum feeding, and the discharged material is flipped and poured over the main pot body. Electric heating or steam heating can achieve the heating of materials, with the heating temperature set arbitrarily and automatically controlled. Cooling water can be passed through the interlayer to cool the material. The materials in the pot are sheared, dispersed, and emulsified through high-speed internal circulation of the homogenizer, with dual stirring in both directions: clockwise frame scraping wall stirring and counterclockwise slurry stirring. The scraper stirrer generates centrifugal force during operation, making the PTFE scraper tightly adhere to the pot wall, effectively solving the problem of material sticking to the pot wall without leaving any dead corners. The frequency conversion speed control device can adjust its speed infinitely and continuously. Homogeneous stirring and blade stirring can be used separately or simultaneously. The dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, mixing, and blending of materials can be completed in a short period of time. The lid of the pot is equipped with a light integrated mirror, which can observe the situation inside the pot at any time. The entire structure consists of three jackets, with heating and cooling completed within the same jacket. The outer layer of the jacket is insulated with aluminum silicate, which can prevent operators from getting burned and ensure production safety. The pot lid is equipped with various quick installation interfaces, which users can choose according to their needs (sterile air respirator, material suction port, vacuum pump interface, cleaning ball, CPI interface, trace material addition port, integrated mirror window, vacuum gauge). The contact area with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel (made of 316L material for medical use, with a mirror polished inner surface, and the mixing device is hygienic and clean, manufactured according to GMP hygiene standards).
