The unit configuration is complete and adaptable to different usage requirements. Equipped with a heat exchanger to achieveClosed cycle working fluidIn addition to using water as the working fluid, special liquids such as ethylene glycol, diesel, DOP, etc. can also be used as the working fluid. Equipped with a gas-liquid separator, it can effectively separate the gas-liquid mixture discharged by the vacuum pump. After the liquid is cooled by the heat exchanger, it flows back to the vacuum pump through the self suction of the pump as a circulating supplement for the working fluid. The gas is discharged to the designated location through the exhaust port of the separator. Especially suitable for suctioning flammable, explosive, and toxic gases. There are multiple options for liquid level control to meet different needs. Manual liquid level control: When the unit is working, the discharged gas will carry away a small amount of working fluid vapor, causing the liquid level to drop. By manually adjusting the fluid replenishment valve, the working fluid can be replenished to the unit. Electric liquid level control: Install replenishment and discharge solenoid valves on the gas-liquid separator. When the liquid level of the unit exceeds the lower limit, the replenishment solenoid valve automatically opens to replenish the liquid to the unit. When the working fluid exceeds the upper limit of the liquid level, the discharge solenoid valve automatically opens to discharge excess liquid. Relevant signals can be connected to DCS according to user requirements. Mechanical automatic liquid level control: A mechanical high and low liquid level controller is installed on the gas water separator to control the liquid level through replenishment or discharge. Note: When the CBW1 vacuum compressor adopts a working fluid closed cycle, the unit code is 2BW6. When the CBA2 compressor adopts a working fluid closed cycle, the unit code is 2BW7.
