Before starting, the system should be inspected by a qualified electrician to ensure that the following electrical protection measures are taken.
1. Before operation, use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding, which should not be lower than 1 megohm.
2. The power supply voltage must be within the range of 5% of the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate. The increase in power supply voltage is not allowed to exceed 10% of the rated voltage. If the power supply is far away from the place of use, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, and the joints should be minimized as much as possible, otherwise the voltage drop will be too much. The joints should be sealed and waterproof.
3. In a four core cable, the ground wire with a grounding symbol is usually a yellow green wire. To ensure this, the ground wire must be firmly connected and 50mm longer than other wires
4. Check the direction of rotation of the impeller.
For those using a three-phase power supply, the rotation direction should be checked during the initial start-up or after each reinstallation. Incorrect rotation direction can reduce efficiency and damage the aerator 、

4. The power of the aerator is a submersible motor, which works underwater when applied. It not only has good cooling conditions and a wide range of applicable depths, but also does not produce secondary pollution such as noise. The motor is coaxial with the aerator, reducing unnecessary mechanical losses and improving unit efficiency.
5. The main seal of the dry submersible motor is two series connected mechanical seals, and multiple auxiliary sealing systems are also used to ensure the reliability of the motor seal; The wet submersible motor adopts mechanical technology and multiple auxiliary sealing systems. The bearings are lubricated with water, and the motor is filled with water. The working pressure inside the motor can be adjusted according to different diving depths, ensuring that the motor can operate efficiently and safely at different working depths.
6. Dry type motors can be equipped with multiple alarm protection systems such as oil leakage, stator overheating, phase loss, and short circuit, making product use safer and more reliable; Although wet motors require a phase loss and short circuit alarm protection system, the air switch must use a water leakage protection switch.
7. Adopting an outdoor integrated structure and pull-out device, there is no need to construct a factory building or installation platform (when floating), which saves comprehensive investment; The whole machine is installed on a float, and the fixing method of the float can be changed according to needs, such as bridge type or pool bottom self weight fixing type, which is easy to install and maintain.
8. It is not limited by the size of the pool and can be configured according to the oxygen demand. Small pools have one machine per pool, while large pools can have multiple machines per pool.
