1. Reverse suction phenomenon

The boiler load of coal-fired power plants is relatively high, and induced draft fans are used to overcome resistance before the flue gas enters the chimney. The static pressure at the inlet and outlet is mostly above -2000 Pa, and the cross-sectional area of the inlet and outlet flues is large. After sampling is completed, there is often backflow during the process of extracting the sampling gun from the flue, which affects the accuracy of the sampling results. There are two ways to solve this problem: one is to directly insert the sampling gun into the measuring point far away from the measuring hole, and sample in sequence from far to near, reducing the time from the end of sampling to the extraction of the sampling gun; Another method is to issue the command to extract the sampling gun 1-2 seconds in advance, and control the sampling time to end when the sampling gun is just extracted from the measuring hole.
2Frequent occurrence of excessive resistance during the sampling process

When the weather is cold and the humidity of the smoke is too high, it is common for the drying cylinder in the smoke sampling instrument to not collect a sample completely, and the silica gel in the drying bottle to change color. Due to the high water vapor and temperature in the flue gas, the silicone particles may occasionally burst, and the crushed powder enters the interior of the sampler with the airflow. Excessive accumulation of crushed powder can cause blockages in the gas path and prevent normal operation. After years of work experience, a buffer bottle is connected in series before the drying cylinder.

Add smoke analyzer during smoke and dust sampling
The inspection found that emergency response plans for heavy pollution weather in some cities were not fully implemented. For example, Tangshan City issued an orange warning for heavy air pollution, requiring all cement grinding enterprises to stop production. However, during a spot check from 1:00 am to 5:00 am on April 3, it was found that all three grinding station enterprises in Fengrun District, Tangshan City, including Jingfeng Cement Plant, Tangshan Jinshan Cement Co., Ltd., and Tangshan Fushun Cement Co., Ltd., were in production. Among them, Tangshan Fushun Cement Co., Ltd. was in a state of shutdown during the inspection on the afternoon of April 2, and resumed production after the inspection team left.
Install a buffer bottle, and the flue gas first enters the buffer bottle. The hot flue gas can condense a part of the moisture when it is suddenly cooled. The decrease in flue gas humidity can greatly reduce the number of silica gel replacements in the drying bottle and solve the problem of silica gel bursting and blocking the gas path when the flue gas temperature is too high.
