Rapid dehydration of vehicles

Installation method of engineering vehicle washing machine:
1） Standard for setting up flushing stations: The flushing station should be located on the inside of the construction site gate, with a length of not less than 8 meters and a width of not less than 6 meters. Drainage ditches should be set up around it, and the drainage ditches should be connected to the secondary sedimentation tank (see attached figure for specific methods). Mud and wastewater should be disposed of according to regulations. The sedimentation tank should be regularly cleaned and connected to the municipal drainage network.
2） Standard for setting up car washing facilities: Each construction site should connect water pipes at the washing station and be equipped with high-pressure water guns and other washing equipment with a pressure of not less than 8mpa. The length of the water pipe connected to the water gun should not be less than 10 meters.
3） On duty personnel configuration: In addition to security guards, each construction site should also be equipped with at least 2 full-time personnel based on the entry and exit of transportation vehicles, mainly responsible for washing the material transportation vehicles leaving the construction site.
