Continuous ion exchange systemIt is an innovative separation process technology, different from traditional fixed bed, pulse bed, simulated moving bed and other processes. The continuous ion exchange system consists of a resin column series and a porous distribution rotary valve. According to the process design, the resin column series can be divided into several functional zones. After the material enters the system, the rotary valve is switched to allow each resin column to pass through each functional zone in sequence, achieving simultaneous adsorption, water washing, analysis, regeneration and other processes, thereby turning the traditional intermittent process into a continuous process.


The design concept and manufacturing process of the Sanda membrane continuous ion exchange system are widely used, easy to operate, and can flexibly adjust the process according to different product separation requirements. At present, Sanda Film has successfully developed and applied dozens of systems in different industries in China.


Industrial chromatography technology is a separation method based on differences in intermolecular affinity, and is one of the effective methods for separating substances with similar physical and chemical properties. It utilizes the subtle differences in properties between different components, resulting in differences in the forces between different components and the stationary phase molecules, leading to different speeds of movement of different components in the stationary phase and achieving separation. It adopts multiple small unit designs and achieves material continuity through automatic switching mechanisms, extending the length of the separation column bed to achieve higher separation degree and better separation effect.
