working principle:

The K-type and K1 type power seals are mainly composed of a secondary impeller (or secondary blade) and a parking seal (rubber oil seal). During operation, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the secondary impeller (or blades) causes the sealing chamber to be in a negative pressure state, thereby preventing liquid leakage outward. At this time, the parking seal does not work. The lip of the rubber oil seal is loosened due to negative pressure, creating a certain gap with the shaft sleeve, reducing wear between them and extending their service life; When the machine is stopped, the secondary impeller (or secondary blade) stops rotating, and the sealing chamber changes from negative pressure to positive pressure. The parking seal begins to work, and the lip of the rubber oil seal tightly wraps around the shaft sleeve under pressure, thus achieving the sealing purpose. If cooling water is allowed to infiltrate into the medium, a K-type power seal with cooling water can be selected, which can add an external cooling water device to extend the service life of the oil seal. The sealed oil seal is made of fluororubber and is mainly suitable for conveying corrosive media such as slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing impurities (the cooling water used for K-type power seals with cooling water is clean tap water, with a suitable pressure within 0.05Mpa).

T-type and T1 type seals belong to soft packing seals, which are made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials. The dynamic and static rings of this seal are made of silicon carbide and can be used to transport corrosive liquids containing a large amount of particles. This seal has the advantages of compact structure and long service life (the cooling water is clean tap water).

UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and frosted slurry pump is a type of pump that can adapt to various working conditions, such as conveying acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; Various corrosive slurries in the smelting industry; Various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; Various types of wastewater in the environmental protection industry. This pump is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and has a wide range of applications. The UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump has the following characteristics:
1) The UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and frosted slurry pump has strong wear resistance: all flow components are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which has the highest wear resistance among plastics, four times higher than nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times higher than carbon steel and stainless steel.
2) Strong impact resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene has the highest impact strength among general engineering plastics, five times that of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) copolymer, and can maintain stability at minus 196 ℃, which is a characteristic that no other plastic has.
3) Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump can withstand various corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range. It can be immersed in 80 types of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There are no abnormal phenomena on the surface, and other physical properties have hardly changed.
4) No noise: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene has high impact absorption and good noise reduction properties, which greatly reduces the noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.
5) The UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and frosted slurry pump is safe and reliable, without toxin decomposition: the pump uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) with extremely stable chemical properties, making it also suitable for use in the food industry.
6) Low friction coefficient: The internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, indicating self-lubricating properties. Under water lubrication conditions, its dynamic friction coefficient is half that of PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM). When working in sliding or rotating form, the lubricity is better than that of steel and brass with lubricating oil added.
7) UHB-ZK corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump has good anti adhesion: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent anti adhesion ability, comparable to PTFE, and therefore performs outstandingly when transporting media with high viscosity.
