The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant mortar pump is a negative pressure mortar pump independently developed by our company based on market demand. The flow component is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and its usage characteristics are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Suitable for conveying various corrosive liquid slurries with particles and viscosity at temperatures between -10 ℃ and -80 ℃. This product is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, starch, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, paints, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, and electricity.

Product Features:
The negative pressure device filter press pump is improved based on the introduction of new centrifugal pump technology from abroad and combined with the company's years of production experience. The sealing adopts a negative pressure device: the shaft seal is located at the suction port of the pump, which belongs to a negative pressure environment. Therefore, when the pump is running, the atmospheric pressure is higher than the pressure at the shaft seal, which can effectively ensure the sealing performance of the pump and make the shaft seal basically leak free.
2. Adopting a long bracket structure and non rigid connection method. The axial force generated during pump operation is mostly borne by the bearings of the pump bearing box, reducing the axial force borne by the motor and extending the service life of the motor and pump.
3. Adopting axial inlet and radial outlet methods, the impeller adopts a semi open design with a wide flow channel, which is not easily blocked when conveying slurry containing particles, and is resistant to crystallization and particles.
4. The structure is simple and easy to maintain, with a suspended structure design. When repairing and replacing vulnerable parts such as impellers, seals, bearings, etc., there is no need to disassemble the pipeline.
