(1) Preparation before startup

Check the pump body and pipeline: Ensure that the pump body and pipeline are firmly connected and there is no leakage. Check for any residue inside the pump casing and clean it with anhydrous ethanol to ensure the cleanliness of the interior of the pump casing.

Surface treatment: Polish the surface of the casing flow channel and impeller parts until the original metal color is exposed, and then clean them again with anhydrous ethanol.

Lubrication and Fluid Injection: If the magnetic pump requires lubrication, ensure that the lubrication system is working properly. Before starting, ensure that the pump chamber is filled with liquid to avoid dry running damage.

(2) Start and Run

Start sequence: First open the inlet valve, then turn on the motor. Observe the operation of the pump and confirm that there are no abnormal vibrations or noises.
