The IR type corrosion-resistant insulation pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump series, which is a derivative product of the IH type chemical centrifugal pump. It is mainly used for transporting high-temperature liquids with high freezing point (or crystallization point temperature) and corrosive properties in industries such as chemical, chemical fiber, petroleum, food, and pharmaceuticals.
The design pressure of the pump at room temperature is 1.6Mpa, and the flow rate is Q=3.4-460m3/h
The temperature of the medium transported by the pump shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the head H shall be 3.6-132m
Note: According to user needs, our factory can also produce insulation pumps made of other materials.
IR type corrosion-resistant insulation pump | stainless steel insulation pump-Structure:
The IR type insulation pump is a horizontal radial part with a rear door structure, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
The body is axially sucked in and radially discharged from the intermediate support.
The bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and the bearing frame is equipped with an oil level gauge and a water cooling device.
The insulation steam pipeline of the pump is connected to the external insulation steam system through flanges or threaded connections.
The connection between the pump and the motor uses an extended detachable coupling
