Introduction:

Production process of cosmetics spray

Cosmetic spray can be roughly divided into three steps. First, the production of stock solution is generally stirred in a reaction kettle. According to different products, it is necessary to check whether the reaction kettle needs special specifications, such as jacket heating, vacuuming, circulating emulsification, mechanical seal, explosion-proof, etc; The second step is to equip filling equipment and select aerosol equipment or liquid filling machine according to the products produced; The third step is to conduct sampling and testing on the produced products, pack them into boxes and store them in the finished goods warehouse.

There are three packaging forms of cosmetics spray on the market. The first is the ordinary one way filling technology, and the second is the two way filling technology. There is a bag in the tank, and the original liquid is separated from the propellant. The third is plastic bottle packaging, with spray pump. Due to different packaging, there are slight differences in the production process. For those using single element filling technology, the filling sequence is: liquid filling sealing inflation; For those using binary filling technology, the filling sequence is: sealing inflation liquid filling; Direct filling with its own spray pump, and then sealing.

2、 Semi automatic binary packaging aerosol filling machine CJXH-1600G

This machine fills compressed air or nitrogen into the tank, seals the valve with a bag, and fills the raw materials into the bag inside the tank, completely isolating the raw materials from the tank body. The propellant is replaced by compressed air (purified) instead of propane liquefied gas, dimethyl ether, etc., thus solving the problem of leakage caused by raw material corrosion of the tank body. When in use, open the valve and use the compressed air pressure bag inside the tank to press the raw materials out of the tank. When the raw materials are completely pressed out, the compressed air inside the tank still remains inside, allowing for repeated filling The shape of the sprayed raw material mist can be changed by changing the valve actuator. The machine has fast speed, precise filling volume, good sealing airtightness, and the inflation pressure can be adjusted to the required pressure at will.
