Cosmetics Cleanroom
Product Details

Cosmetics and daily chemical production enterprises should generally set up raw material rooms, production rooms, semi-finished product storage rooms, filling rooms, packaging rooms, container cleaning, disinfection, drying, storage rooms, warehouses, inspection rooms, changing rooms, buffer zones, offices, etc. to prevent cross contamination.
Products that generate dust or use harmful, flammable, and explosive materials during the production process of cosmetics must be produced in a separate workshop.
The total area of the production, filling, and packaging room shall not be less than 100 square meters, the per capita land area shall not be less than 4 square meters, and the net height of the workshop shall not be less than 2.5 meters.
The floor of the production workshop should be flat, wear-resistant, slip resistant, non-toxic, non permeable, and easy to clean and disinfect. The floor of the work area that needs to be cleaned should have a slope, no water accumulation, and a clean floor drain should be installed at the lowest point.
The production workshop using air purification devices should have its air inlet far away from the exhaust outlet, with the air inlet at a height of no less than 2 meters above the ground, and there should be no pollution sources nearby. For those using ultraviolet disinfection, the intensity of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp shall not be less than 70 microwatts/square centimeter, and shall be set at 30 watts/10 square meters, lifted 2.0 meters above the ground.
The total number of bacteria in the air of the production workshop shall not exceed 1000 per cubic meter.
Bacterial containing air can easily cause secondary pollution to cosmetics during manufacturing, settling, filling, packaging, and other processes. According to the new version of the "Hygiene Standards for Cosmetics Production Enterprises", the total number of bacteria in the air of production workshops must not exceed 1000 per cubic meter. At the same time, semi-finished product storage rooms, filling rooms, clean container storage rooms, changing rooms and their buffer zones must have air purification or disinfection facilities.
Requirements for parameters of cosmetic cleanroom:
Ventilation rate: 10-15 times/hour at 100000 level; 10000 level 15-25 times/hour; Thousand level 50-52 times/hour; The cross-sectional wind speed of the hundred level control panel is 0.25-0.35m/s.
Pressure difference: The main workshop has a pressure difference of ≥ 5Pa for adjacent rooms.
Temperature: Winter>16 ℃± 2 ℃; Summer<26 ℃± 2 ℃;
Relative humidity: 45-65% (RH); Noise ≤ 65dB (A); Fresh air supplement amount: 20% -30% of the total air supply volume;
Illuminance: ≥ 300Lux. General Cleanliness Level Description for Cosmetics (Daily Chemicals):

Whether the production environment of the enterprise is clean, and whether the factory floor, road surface, and transportation have caused pollution to the production of cosmetics. Is the production area far away from pollution sources Whether the power required for production and auxiliary facilities such as "three wastes" treatment cause pollution to the production environment. Has the factory set up functional rooms according to the production process and the required air cleanliness level, and arranged them reasonably. Are the processes of raw material pretreatment, weighing, preparation, cleaning and disinfection of packaging materials and containers, semi-finished product storage, packaging, and finished product packaging set separately. Whether separate production workshops and specialized production equipment are used for products that are prone to generating dust or using harmful, flammable, and explosive materials during the production process, and whether corresponding hygiene and safety measures are in place.
