Coulombic sulfur chlorine analyzerSH-2000 typeUsing microcoulometry analysis technology, the sample is oxidized into titratable ions through a cracking furnace using an oxidation method, and then titrated in a titration cell. Based on the amount of electricity consumed during the electrolytic titration process and Faraday's law, the sulfur or chlorine content in the sample is calculated. Widely used for detecting sulfur and chlorine content in liquid, solid, or gas samples.

Installation and commissioning of Coulomb sulfur chlorine analyzer
1、 Installation environment
The instrument should be installed in a well ventilated room with minimal temperature changes, no severe vibrations around, no direct sunlight exposure, no severe air convection, and no corrosive gases or dust. The workbench for placing instruments should be stable and able to withstand a weight of approximately 60kg, with sufficient space for instrument operation and installation of accessories. The ambient temperature should be between 5-30 ℃. When the temperature exceeds this *, it is recommended to install air conditioning, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. The power supply should be easy to switch on and off.
Attention: The instrument cannot be operated in hazardous areas with explosive or flammable materials, as it requires the use of nitrogen and oxygen and has a high-temperature unit.
2、 Power supply
The instrument uses a 220V ± 10%, 50Hz dual phase power supply, with one phase supplying power to the main distribution board of the host and the other phase supplying temperature control and cracking furnace. The grounding resistance of the ground wire shall not exceed 5 Ω.
3、 Gas source
The gases used in the instrument are ordinary nitrogen and oxygen. Other levels of gases must be tested and proven to not affect the accuracy of the analysis results before they can be used. For various gas pipelines, it is recommended to use stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene pipes, clean them with acetone, and then blow them with nitrogen for 10 minutes to ensure the cleanliness of the gas pipelines.
Attention: When operating high-pressure gases or steel cylinders, relevant safety rules should be strictly followed, and special attention should be paid to flammable and explosive gases! The air path must be clean!
