When dealing with heavy water content in oil products, it is necessary to loosen the air damper valve at the front end of the vacuum pump.

It is strictly prohibited to start the heater without oil for a long time after turning on the vacuum pump, otherwise it will burn out the electric heater and equipment appearance.

It is strictly prohibited to start the oil pump to deliver oil without opening the oil outlet valve, otherwise it will affect the sensitivity and service life of the pressure controller.

When the filter elements in the inlet and outlet filters of this machine are clogged due to impurities, the dirty oil should be drained from the drain valve or the filter elements should be cleaned and replaced before being put back into operation.
