The customized MVR cycle evaporator uses a compressor to provide heat source. Compared with traditional evaporators, the temperature difference is much smaller, which can achieve mild evaporation, greatly improving product quality and reducing scaling.

Customization of MVR Circulating EvaporatorUnlike ordinary single effect falling film or multi effect falling film evaporators, MVR is a single evaporator that integrates multiple effect falling film evaporators. It adopts segmented evaporation according to the required product concentration. That is, when the product cannot reach the required concentration after passing through the efficiency body once, it is pumped by the vacuum pump at the lower part of the efficiency body to the upper part of the efficiency body again after leaving the efficiency body, and then repeatedly passes through the efficiency body to achieve the required concentration.

  
The inside of the effect body is arranged in thin tubes, with the product inside and steam outside. During the flow of the product from top to bottom, due to the increase in the area inside the tube, the product flows in a film shape to increase the heating area. A negative pressure is formed inside the effect body through a vacuum pump, reducing the boiling point of water in the product and achieving concentration. The evaporation temperature of the product is around 60 ℃.
The condensed water, some steam, and residual steam generated after the product is heated and evaporated by the effect body are separated together through a separator. The condensed water flows out from the lower part of the separator to preheat the product entering the effect body. The steam is pressurized by a fan booster (the higher the steam pressure, the higher the temperature), and then the pressurized steam is combined through a pipeline and passes through the effect body again.

Compared to traditional multi effect evaporation technology, MVR evaporators reduce steam usage and do not require a large amount of cooling water.

MVR evaporators are gradually being used in the concentration treatment of feed liquids and wastewater in industries such as biochemistry and chemical engineering. Due to their good energy-saving effect and mature technology, MVR evaporators have gradually replaced traditional evaporation technology in many industries.
