The material sealing pump consists of an intake section, a diffusion mixing chamber, and a discharge section. The intake part consists of an intake control valve, a movable air duct, an adjustment mechanism, a nozzle, etc. The diffusion mixing chamber consists of a pump body, a gasification device, and an upper ash hopper. The discharge part is composed of a diffuser (tapered pipe, tapered pipe) ash discharge short section.
Equipment working principle
Low pressure air from the air source enters the diffusion chamber of the pump body through the regulating valve (or pressure reducing valve) butterfly check valve, movable air duct, and nozzle. When powdered or granular materials fall from the hopper and enter the high-speed airflow area between the nozzle and the diffuser, they are blown away. In addition, the gasification effect of the bottom gasification device vaporizes the material into a suspended state. Afterwards, it is sent into the tapered tube of the diffuser by high-speed airflow, flows through the throat diffuser tube, enters the conveying pipeline, and is delivered to the required discharge point, completing the feeding process.

Equipment installation
1. In general, it is more suitable to install the material sealing pump at the bottom of the material warehouse for smooth material discharge. If not placed at the bottom of the warehouse, it can also be placed next to it. But the inclination angle of the feeding tube is ≥ 45 °. If installed at the bottom of the electrostatic precipitator ash hopper, it can be one hopper and one pump, or two hoppers, two inclined pipes, and one pump; In special circumstances, four buckets and four inclined pipes can also be inserted into a material sealing pump, but the slope of all ash inclined pipes should be ≥ 45 °.
2. The material sealing pump is generally placed on a hard horizontal ground without the need to lay a foundation and install anchor bolts. After the air duct and discharge pipe are connected, it can be put into operation. But it is required to install a flexible joint head when connecting the air inlet pipe to the pump pipe.
3. The total height of the material sealing pump (including the ash hopper of the material sealing pump) is generally 3.5-4.5m, and can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation on site.
4. The direction of the outlet of the material sealing pump can be determined according to the on-site situation. Generally, the direction beyond the location of the ash silo is suitable, or it can be determined according to the direction of the pipeline.
5. This device requires that the gas emission of the dust collector at the top of the warehouse should be greater than the total amount of air carried by the material seal pump. Do not cause positive pressure in the warehouse to affect the operation of the ash conveying system.
6. Require good sealing of the entire system including the gas source, material sealing pump, and ash conveying pipe, with an air leakage rate of less than 0.2%.
