Overview

This series of pumps is a segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump, which adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic model recommended by the country. It has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance; By changing the material and sealing form of the pump and adding a cooling system, it can transport hot water, oil, corrosive and abrasive media, etc.

The D-type pump is used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. It is suitable for use in mining and urban water supply and drainage engineering.

DG type pumps are used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature not higher than 105 ℃. They are used for boiler feedwater or conveying hot water or media similar to hot water.

The MD type pump is used to transport neutral mineral water (particle size less than 0.5 millimeters) with a solid particle content of no more than 1.5% and similar other wastewater. The temperature of the transported medium is not higher than 80 ℃, and it is suitable for occasions such as steel plants, mine drainage, and wastewater transportation.

The DF type pump is used for conveying liquids with a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 105 ℃, free of solid particles, and corrosive.

DY type pumps are used to transport oils and petroleum products that do not contain solid particles, have a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, and a viscosity of less than 120 cSt.

The allowable inlet pressure for the above types of pumps shall not exceed 0.6MPa.

Structural characteristics

D. DG, MD, DF, DY pumps are mainly composed of four parts: fixed parts, rotor parts, bearings, and shaft seals.

1. Stator section: It mainly consists of the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, and guide vanes, which are tightened by threading bars to form the working chamber. The inlet of the D-type pump is horizontal, and the outlet is vertically upward; DG type pump inlet and outlet are both vertically upward; The outlet of MD, DF, and DY pumps is vertically upward, while the inlet is generally horizontal. The inlet and outlet can also be vertically upward as needed.

2. Rotor part: mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disk, and shaft sleeve. The shaft transmits power to the impeller to make it work; Balance discs are used to balance axial forces; The shaft is equipped with replaceable shaft sleeves to protect the shaft.

3. Bearing part: mainly composed of bearing body, bearing, and bearing cover. Except for the 85-67, 155-67, and 600-60 pumps that use sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication, all other types of pumps use rolling bearings and grease lubrication. 85-67 and 155-67 can also use rolling bearing structures.

4. Shaft seal: Generally, soft packing seal is used, mainly composed of sealing box body, packing, water blocking ring, etc. on the inlet section and tail cover. There is a certain pressure of water inside the sealed chamber, which serves as a water seal, water cooling, and lubrication. D-type pump water seal generally comes from high-pressure water inside the pump, while DG, MD, DF, DY type pumps come from pressure water inside the pump or external water supply. DG, MD, DF, and DY pumps commonly use mechanical seals.

Transmission: The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the perspective of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
