D943h flange electric butterfly valveIt is a high-performance valve widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction, mainly for regulating flow and cutting off fluids.

1、 Structure and Working Principle
Triple eccentric structure: Adopting a triple eccentric sealing structure, the valve seat and butterfly plate have almost no wear, and have a sealing function that becomes tighter as it is closed.
Sealing material: The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and butterfly plate are made of stainless steel with different hardness, which has good corrosion resistance and long service life.
Sealing ring: The sealing ring is made of stainless steel and has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperature conditions.
Working power supply: AC220VAC 380V, etc.
Input signal: 4~20mA0~10v and other weak electrical signals.
After the adjustment type electric actuator and valve stem are connected and debugged, electric energy is used as the driving force to drive the hard sealed butterfly valve plate to perform a 0-90 ° partial rotary motion.

3、 Precautions
Please make sure to connect the power phase sequence correctly to avoid damage to the valve or actuator.
Manual operation is prohibited when powered on.
When used outdoors, add a protective cover to the electric actuator to prevent aging.
After opening the cover, tighten the screws tightly to prevent water or dust from entering the interior of the electric actuator.
Please confirm if the input voltage and wiring contacts are correct.
Overloading the use of electric actuators is prohibited.
4、 Sealing performance

5、 Characteristics and advantages
Bidirectional sealing function: This valve has a bidirectional sealing function, which is not limited by the flow direction of the medium or the spatial position during installation, and can be installed in any direction.
High strength butterfly plate: The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a frame structure, with high strength, large overcurrent area, and low flow resistance.
Wear resistant sealing surface: The butterfly plate sealing surface is made of welded cobalt based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.

6、 Structural features:
1. Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, it still has stable sealing performance, and its special sealing system can ensure high sealing performance in various temperature ranges from ultra-low temperature to ultra-high temperature.
2. The three-dimensional eccentric sealing system, combined with human optimized design, reduces the opening resistance of the valve. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is a conical shape that protrudes upwards. When opened, all points on the circumferential surface of the butterfly plate simultaneously detach from the sealing ring, making it difficult for solid objects to accumulate on the sealing surface. The valve closing process is completed by the elastic compression of the sealing ring,.
There is no jamming phenomenon between the butterfly plate and the sealing ring.
The sealing performance of the valve is not affected by temperature changes.
5. The valve stem shaft diameter seal adopts graphite compression formed sealing ring, which ensures zero leakage in summary. The metal seal, combined with zero leakage before, during, and after a fire, is an essential fire safety type.
