1、 Equipment Overview:

This system is tested by Sunshine Yueda in accordance with GB44263-2024 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging Systems of Electric Vehicles" for temperature protection function of charging interfaces, temperature protection function of AC charging interfaces, and temperature protection function of DC vehicle interfaces.

2、 Test description:


——Experiment 1 Calibration Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), and the DC power supply equipment outputs the rated continuous current. After the temperature rise of the T1 and T1 sensors stabilizes, use the heating device to make the temperature of the T1 temperature sensor reach 105 ℃, and obtain the calibrated thermal fault power Pmin;


——Experiment 2 Slow Fault Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), the DC power supply equipment outputs the rated continuous current, and at the same time applies the thermal fault power Pmin. The DC power supply equipment should be checked to reduce the charging power or trigger the fault shutdown before the T1 temperature reaches 105 ℃;

3. Data storage: Equipped with built-in data storage function, it can automatically store test data;
