2、 Principle of DJ-X2 mechanical driven diaphragm metering pump:
The principle feature of this series of products is a mechanical diaphragm metering pump driven by a motor through a worm gear, suitable for fluid metering in low-pressure applications.
The diaphragm metering pump uses a flexible diaphragm instead of a piston, which is driven by the driving mechanism to make the diaphragm move back and forth, changing the pump chamber volume and sucking and discharging liquid under the action of the pump inlet and outlet valves.
The diaphragm metering pump can be adjusted continuously within the range of 0-100% according to the needs of various process flows, and can quantitatively transport corrosive and non corrosive liquids without solid particles. The pump head is equipped with various overcurrent materials (PPH, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, RPP, SS304, 316, 316L).
The diaphragm metering pump, due to its ability to completely isolate the overcurrent liquid from the driving lubrication mechanism using a diaphragm, adopts a high-tech structural design and uses the latest PTFE and rubber composite diaphragm, which is highly corrosion-resistant and greatly improves the service life of the diaphragm.
Product application: 1 Electroplating, circuit board, and chemical industry wastewater treatment;
2. Additives added in the production process of metal, textile, and paper industries;
3. Chemical additives for power plants, steel, petrochemical, and boiler systems;
4. Swimming pool water treatment, reverse osmosis system, industrial wastewater treatment, quantitative injection of various chemical drugs into factories, laboratories, etc.
