The three parameter combination probe (oil level temperature vibration combination) is a universal non bus structure combination probe used by Shanghai Huaying Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. for the safety monitoring system of cooling tower fans. It can be used with various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer data acquisition and measurement systems(DCSThePLCConnect and use.
This combination probe used for monitoring the safe operation of wind turbine gearboxes integrates sensing, conversion, and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level, and vibration signals. It directly outputs 4-20mA standard current signals corresponding to these safety parameters and can be matched with various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems.
Probe temperature measurement uses platinum resistance sensors and semiconductor integrated devices; The oil level measurement adopts the principle of capacitive sensing; A sensor used for vibration measurement, which directly obtains the acceleration signal of mechanical vibration, and converts the vibration waveform within the effective bandwidth into true effective value (RMS) through an amplifier, bandpass filter, first-order integration, and RMS converter; The final oil level, temperature, and vibration each produce 4-20mA output.

lAppearance and installation structure:
The probe is in the form of an external thread and is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan gearbox. The probe rod is inserted into the gearbox to obtain the temperature, oil level, and vibration signals of the lubricating oil in the gearbox, and complete the transmission output. The thread specifications and probe insertion depth need to be declared at the time of ordering (probe length can be customized)
