The DMC pulse bag filter is a type of pulse dust collector in the Hebei Zhonghe Environmental Protection Pulse Dust Collector series. The DMC pulse bag filter has the characteristics of large dust cleaning function, high dust cleaning efficiency, small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, and is widely used in various industries.
Working principle of DMC pulse bag filter
During the process of introducing dusty gas from the dust collector inlet into the middle and lower boxes, the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the dust removal filter bag. The gas then enters the upper box through the inner tube of the dust removal filter bag and is discharged from the outlet. As the dust accumulates on the dust removal filter bag, the pressure loss of the filter bag gradually increases, which is fed back to the control instrument by the pressure gauge. The control device receives and sends instructions to trigger each pulse solenoid valve in sequence, causing the gas in the air bag to instantly spray out from the holes of the blowing pipe, through the holes of the Venturi pipe, and into the corresponding dust removal filter bag. The dust removal filter bag rapidly expands under the instantaneous reaction force of the airflow, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the dust removal filter bag to fall off, and the dust removal filter bag is fully utilized.
Structure composition of DMC pulse bag filter
It includes five parts: upper, middle, and lower boxes, ash discharge system, and blowing system. The upper box includes a liftable cover plate and an air outlet; There are porous plates, dust removal skeletons, dust removal filter bags, and Venturi tubes inside the middle box; The lower box is composed of an ash hopper, an air inlet, and an inspection door; The blowing system includes control valves, pulse solenoid valves, blowing pipes, and air bags.
