Application Overview
This water quality automatic sampler is widely used in pollution sources and sewage treatment plants, and is used in conjunction with online monitoring devices for COD, ammonia nitrogen, heavy metals, etc. In addition to traditional sampling modes such as timed, time proportional, and flow proportional sampling, it also has functions such as synchronous sampling, excess sample retention, and remote control sampling.
When abnormal data occurs in the online monitoring device, backup samples will be automatically retained for cause analysis and environmental law enforcement purposes, aiming to solve the problem of lack of traceable data. Remote control sampling can be achieved through a remote monitoring platform, which can serve as a remote monitoring and law enforcement terminal. This product is a supplement to online monitoring devices and has been widely installed at the main discharge outlet.

Automatic rinsing: Before each sampling, rinse the pipeline with the water sample to be tested to ensure the representativeness of the retained sample;
Automatic emptying: After each sampling is completed, the pipeline is automatically emptied and the sampling head is blown back;
Digital temperature control: The refrigerator is equipped with digital temperature control and a uniform heating system, ensuring even and accurate temperature distribution.
