Application Overview
This series of automatic water quality samplers is mainly used for daily work sampling in environmental monitoring stations and third-party testing institutions. The samplers can be placed at the sewage discharge site to achieve unmanned automatic proportional sampling, which can effectively solve the problem of personnel occupation; Scientific and rigorous water sample parallel technology can achieve a high degree of consistency in water samples, meeting the needs of parallel quality control and multi-component analysis. Multiple triggering methods: can achieve timing, time ratio, flow ratio, manual sampling, intermittent sampling, and multiple triggering methods;
Bottle sampling function: It can achieve single bottle sampling and automatic bottle sampling for multiple bottles;
Mixed sampling: Water samples collected multiple times can be placed in the same sampling bottle;
Parallel sampling: The same water sample can be simultaneously divided into two sampling bottles of the same material to meet the needs of multi-party testing. The same water sample can also be divided into sampling bottles of different materials to meet the requirements of multi-component analysis of the same water sample;
Quality control sampling: One or more sets of parallel samples are set up in separate sampling bottles, and the consistency of the parallel sample measurement results is used to verify the credibility of the entire test;
Sampling recording function: It has sampling recording, door opening and closing recording, and power outage recording;
Power off protection function: When the instrument is powered off and reconnected during operation, it can automatically restore its original operating state, and the instrument parameters will not be lost after power failure;
Automatic emptying: After each sampling is completed, the pipeline is automatically emptied and the sampling head is blown back;
Automatic rinsing: Before each sampling, rinse the pipeline with the water sample to be tested to ensure the representativeness of the retained sample;
Water sample storage: stored at room temperature;
Delay start function: After the delay time is reached, start sampling;
Battery powered: Powered by lithium batteries to ensure the normal operation of the instrument for two days;
