Application Overview

The water quality automatic sampler is designed with flow tracking sampling function, rainproof design, and can be used independently outdoors. Mainly used for centralized wastewater treatment of multiple enterprises to collect and charge sewage fees for each enterprise, it forms a complete industrial wastewater centralized treatment charging solution with flow meters and automatic billing software systems.

Charging principle

The sampler is connected to the flow meter of the water pipeline to track the flow rate and obtain a mixed water sample every week. The enterprise and the charging party simultaneously measure the "pollutant concentration" of the mixed water sample and confirm the results. The "pollutant discharge amount" for one week is obtained by multiplying the "pollutant concentration" by the "weekly discharge amount". Finally, the sewage treatment fee is charged based on the cumulative "pollutant discharge amount" for each week. This method is simple and feasible, with low operating costs.
