Application Overview

The water quality automatic sampler adopts a large capacity refrigerated cabinet, equipped with 60 sampling bottles, which can collect samples in proportion according to traditional modes, and can also be controlled by a remote management platform to achieve water sample collection and storage at any time. Suitable for high-frequency and multi sample collection in sewage treatment plants, pollution source discharge outlets, and other occasions.

1) Design features: Two dimensional bottle sorting mechanism, which can flexibly and quickly locate any bottle number;

2) Sampling mode: It can achieve sampling modes such as timed, time proportional, and externally triggered sampling;

3) Recording function: It can record the sampling time, sampling mode, and sampling amount for each time;

4) Communication function: External control sampling can be achieved through the device's RS-232 interface;

5) Power off protection: After power off and re powering on, the instrument can automatically restore its original operating state;

6) Automatic emptying: After each sampling is completed, the pipeline is automatically emptied and the sampling head is blown back;

7) Automatic rinsing: Before each sampling, rinse the pipeline with the water sample to be tested to ensure the representativeness of the retained sample;

8) Water sample refrigeration: Using an efficient refrigeration device, the collected water sample can be stored in an environment of 4 ℃± 2 ℃.
