    The new JIS K7139:2009 standard (based on * * 20753) defines three types of plastic tensile specimens: A1, A2, and A3. Due to their wide application, they are often referred to as' multi-purpose specimens'. Its core advantage lies in the fact that the sample is formed and measured under the same conditions, effectively avoiding the dispersion of the obtained characteristic values.

    In the past, there were physical difficulties in obtaining tensile and Izod/Charpy impact specimens that met the standards directly through cutting. Even if possible, obtaining standard samples still faces many challenges. Therefore, mechanical cutting is usually the only effective method, but this method is time-consuming and has many drawbacks, such as the physical impact of cutting friction heat on the sample, rough cutting surface, accuracy issues, and high equipment costs.

    As a rational and ideal fully automatic sample preparation equipment, this device has been successfully developed by our side with the aim of eliminating many technical difficulties mentioned above. In the process of improvement, we integrated the groundbreaking concept of sample preparation method with our * * * Super Dumbbell? (Swappable blade system) technology.
