1、 Product Overview

1.1 DWT-II type all aluminum centrifugal roof fan, with a centrifugal impeller, is suitable for fields with low air volume and high pressureThe; Adopting a single-layer hood.

1.2. The fan is divided into eight specifications according to the impeller diameter of 300-1000mm, with a series air volume of 900-49000m3/h and a static pressure of 50-460Pa.

1.3. Fans can be made into explosion-proof types according to different environmental requirements, suitable for non corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, and anti-corrosion typesSuitable for environments containing corrosive gases.

1.4. To meet the performance adjustment needs of users for different working conditions, fans can be directly connected to motors or driven by belts. Directly connected fans canEquipped with a dual speed motor to achieve two speed regulation, it can also be paired with a variable frequency motor and controller to achieve variable frequency regulation. Suggest adjusting the frequency lock to25Hz-50Hz (specify when ordering).

1.5. The fan can be equipped with manual or electric adjustable doors, self hanging louvers, etc. (specified when ordering) according to user needs.

Working temperature: -20~+409C (can operate continuously)

wetDegree: less than 90%;

Medium conditions:

Conventional type: non corrosive, non flammable, non explosive gas (dust content not exceeding 100mg/h)

Explosion proof type: non corrosive, containing flammable and explosive gases (with a dust content not exceeding 100mg/h)

Anti corrosion type: It contains corrosive gases (without any dust).

Anti corrosion and explosion-proof type: corrosive and contains flammable and explosive gases (without any dust).

Working power supply: three-phase/380V/50Hz.

Fans are mainly used for roof ventilation and air exchange in high-pressure, low flow places such as factories, factories, power plants, etc.
