The DWT series belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment used in mass production, used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content such as vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, where high material temperature is not allowed; This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality. For dehydrated filter cake like paste materials, they can also be dried after granulation into rod-shaped shapes.

Main Performance Characteristics
The materials in the hopper are evenly spread on the stainless steel wire mesh by the feeder, and the mesh belt is driven by the transmission motor to move uniformly in the drying oven. The drying section consists of several units, with hot air circulating horizontally in two (or several) units. Fresh air enters through a fan and is heated by a heat exchanger. The hot air passes through the material layer and exchanges heat with the material, enters the lower chamber, and then flows towards one unit. The cooled hot air is further heated by the heat exchanger, passes through the mesh belt, and exchanges heat with the material again. The humid and hot air is discharged by a dehumidification fan to complete the drying process. The number of units in each dryer can be selected according to the characteristics and process requirements of the material.
