2、 Product principle of DZ-T plunger metering pump:
1. Through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the working medium is directly sucked in or discharged. Because both the plunger and seal directly touch the medium, selecting a composite plunger material and sealing method can ensure that the pump has more desirable functions during operation.
2. The plunger pump head has a simple structure, is economical, and has high measurement accuracy. It is necessary to select and maintain a good seal, and the plunger and seal should be horizontally aligned to ensure minimal wear between the two. The raw materials for the plunger include stainless steel and oxide ceramics, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high hardness and wear resistance.
