Dalian straw processingmethod
Three major methods
1、 Harvesting with a baler:
1. Wide selection range: It can pick and bundle straw, wheat straw, cotton stalks, corn stalks, rapeseed stalks, peanut seedlings, bean stalks, alfalfa, flax and other crops, natural grass and other crops.
2. There are multiple supporting functions, including direct picking and bundling, cutting before picking and bundling, and crushing before bundling.
3. There are policy subsidies for purchasing balers, subject to local subsidy policies.
4. High work efficiency, able to pick up and bundle 120-200 acres per day, with a yield of 20-50 tons.
5. High economic added value, bundled and knotted crop straw, according to statistics, costs about 200-600 yuan/ton in the current market based on its quality.
2、 Burning straw method
1. Violation of discipline and law, according to relevant laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law and the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, it is prohibited to burn straw in the open air. Violators will be fined 500-2000 yuan according to law, and if the circumstances are serious, administrative penalties will be imposed according to law.
2. Burning straw can fertilize the land, replenish mineral elements in the soil, but it often burns the soil, loses moisture, burns away microorganisms, and destroys soil structure.
3、 Straw returning method:
1. Worry and trouble add to the cost of labor and time.
2. If the amount of straw returned to the field is too large or unevenly plowed into the soil, it is prone to conflicts between soil microorganisms (i.e. microorganisms transformed from straw) and crop seedlings for nutrients, resulting in yellowing, dead seedlings, and reduced yields.
3. In straw, especially corn stalks, there are a large number of larval eggs and bacterial cells, which are difficult to remove during the crushing process. After being buried in the soil, they can grow quickly and become a hidden danger of pests and diseases.
4. The straw layer has the characteristic of being opaque, which is not conducive to crop photosynthesis and affects crop stress resistance.
5. The maturation period of straw is relatively long:
① It is necessary to wait for the straw to be absorbed and digested by the land before planting new crops, otherwise it will affect the emergence rate of crops.
② During the maturation process of straw, a large amount of nitrogen and other nutrients in the soil are consumed, leading to a decrease in soil fertility and affecting the rooting and germination of the next crop.
