Deep water aeratorIntroduction
The principle of the vertical surface aerator impeller is the same as that of the surface aerator in the activated sludge process. Generally, one unit is installed per trench and placed at one end. Its oxygenation capacity varies with the size of the impeller diameter, and the power efficiency is generally 1.8-2.3kg02/(kW. h).
Its main feature is its significant lifting capacity, which can increase the water depth of the oxidation ditch to 4-5m, thereby reducing the footprint. (
Jet aerator.
Jet aerators are generally installed at the bottom of oxidation ditches, where compressed air and pressurized water are thoroughly mixed and sprayed horizontally to push the liquid in the ditch and achieve the purpose of aeration and oxygenation. The water flow generated by the jet aerator causes horizontal mixing, and then forms vertical mixing due to the rising water flow, so a deeper water depth (up to 8m) can be used. The jet process can generate very small bubbles, and the transfer efficiency of oxygen is high.
There are mainly two types of vertical surface aerators: fixed type and float type. The float type machine is installed on the float, fixed in the water with steel ropes, powered by waterproof cables, and can move within a certain range; There are many specifications and varieties of fixed vertical surface aerators, mainly including pump type (E-type) and inverted umbrella type impellers in China. Under the action of the rotating blades of the vertical surface aerator, water is thrown out of the water curtain around the impeller and swept into the air. The impeller expands in a conical shape from bottom to top, forcing the sewage to circulate up and down and constantly come into contact with the air. The bottom of the impeller and the back of the blades form negative pressure due to the flow of water, which sucks in air. Therefore, water and air can mix over a large area and be heavily oxygenated.
Deep water aeratorfeature
1) Compact structure, small footprint, and easy installation;
2) Except for the suction port, the rest of the parts operate underwater with low noise;
3) Inhale a lot of air, produce numerous and fine bubbles, and have a high gas solubility rate;
4) No need to provide a gas source, eliminating the need for a blower and reducing project investment;
5) Adopting German ABS submersible sewage pump technology, the impeller flow passage adopts non blocking type, ensuring safe and reliable operation
