Introduction to the Spray Tower for Deodorization Equipment in Sichuan Garbage Transfer Station/Garbage Room:
The spray purification tower selects targeted absorption liquid based on the chemical properties of different exhaust gas components. The absorption liquid is drawn from the circulating water tank by the circulating water pump and sent to the tower. It is uniformly sprayed into the packing layer through the nozzle to form a gas-liquid mass transfer liquid film layer. The absorption liquid flows downwards along the packing layer under the action of gravity until it is circulated at the bottom of the tower. Due to the continuous contact between the ascending airflow and the descending absorbent in the packing layer, the concentration of solutes in the ascending airflow decreases. A corrugated plate is installed at the top of the tower. When gas containing a large amount of water mist enters the dehazing layer, the larger molecules of water mist collide with the corrugated plate to form water droplets, thus achieving the dehazing effect. The final clean gas is finally discharged through the exhaust pipe to meet the standard.
